Sorting Through the Plant Disease Maze
Instructor: Dr. Larry Barnes
Extension Plant Pathologist, TAMU

Dr. Larry Barnes
Plant disease problems can raise a gardener's frustration level. Understanding how and why plant diseases develop, and having the ability to determine what type of plant disease is causing damage, will help to minimize plant disease problems. This program will teach gardeners how to use plant signs and symptoms to properly diagnosis plant disease problems and will also discuss basic plant disease management strategies useful in preventing or reducing plant disease problems. Several important landscape disease problems will be discussed in detail.
